Rickenbacker is pleased to announce the return of the 4003S/5 string bass. Updated for 2018, this bass features an all new single coil pickup design, slightly wider string spacing, and a Schaller 3D-5 bridge.
Nitrocellulose lacquer finish, jetglo, Solid maple body, 20 fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays, 10″ fingerboard radius, thru body maple neck, 33 1/4″ scale length, 1 27/32″ (46.8 mm) nut width, new Rickenbacker single coil pickups, chrome hardware, Schaller deluxe tuners, with Rickenbacker hardshell case.
