By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, please contact us for a Returns Authorisation before dispatching any goods. Items must be returned in original packaging with no signs of use.
Damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced or refunded. Any damaged or incorrectly supplied items must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.
“Change Of Heart” items or items returned as faulty but within manufacturers specification or quality standards will be refunded, less all shipping including any initial no charge shipping and any transaction charges e.g Paypal, Credit Card etc. and will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Service
Should you need service on any product during its warranty period, you should contact us in the first instance and we will carry out any adjustments or repairs as necessary Free of charge (less any shipping costs). Repairs or adjustments carried out by any third party during the warranty period unless previously authorised by us, may invalidate your warranty.
All instruments carry a 12 month warranty for electrical and mechanical failure which does not extend to wood or finish issues. Consumable items carry no guarantee once fitted.
